I got a big pack of these batteries a year or so ago.

We all know how 'cheap' batteries go.. ie they don't last. Reviews indicated that the Amazon batteries were mid-tier but I haven't found that to be the case. In my experience they are somewhere inbetween the mid-tier generics and the sunbeam batteries you get at the dollar store.

For example I can run my logitech wireless mouse for probably 6-8 months on a decent battery. I'm changing the amazons probably 3 times in that same period. Ditto with other things like Clocks.

So while they may be cheap I haven't found them to be good. When these finally run out I'll probably go with something different. I mean I guess price wise is works out the same but I'd rather pay for half as many batteries that last twice as long.. less work on my part in the long run.

Erm, these aren't rechargeable... don't burn your house down now

The Amazon ones are a step down from the Costco ones both in terms of capacity and price. These are better than generics, but Duracell or Energizer have a lot more energy.
