I could able to stack $5 off $5 at QT and 15% off at gas stations. Received two confirmation emails instantly after purchasing $5 QT gift card.

Did anyone try this at a warehouse club to see if it actually works? I know it says that it won't, but similar offers from other cards have worked at Costco and BJ's because the charges comes thru coded as gas stations. I know it wont work at Costco since they don't take AMEX but it would at BJ's.
