I actually prefer bubbly second only to the poland spring or canada dry brand of seltzer. For people that enjoy the taste of light refreshing flavor that isnt overly sweet aim for the apple or mango flavor 😋 By comparison i would say sparkling ice tastes more like an artificial saccharine - overwhelming in my opinion 🤷 ♀️

Taste compared to Sparkling Ice?
Different type of product. Sparkling Ice is artificially sweetened, essentially a diet soda. Bulby has Zero sweeteners. Most people who compare it to a sweetened beverage will hate it. Bubly flavors are extremely light. This soda has a bitter taste with a hint of flavor. Having said that, it quickly becomes addictive, I no longer drink any sweetened sodas.

Yes. I lost 70lbs while replacing Coke with Bubly. Obviously this was only one of the small changes I made. It's not magic, lol. Drink it straight out of the can ice cold. The flavor is too light to put over ice IMO. I find cherry, orange and lemon to be the best, in that order YMMV Smilie

No, carbonated water is not healthy for you with or without added sugars. In moderation it is OK to drink, but do not drink it every day.

Even your article doesn't list health issues with carbonated drinks as long as there aren't added sweeteners etc. it also doesn't promote tooth decay or anything negative as far as Bubbly goes.

basically all that article is saying is, that it might make you feel hungry (increases hunger hormone). I have to say I always felt like seltzer kind of scrapes out your stomach and if your stomach is empty it could make you feel hungrier. That's how it makes me feel, anyway. If I drink it after a heavy or fatty meal, I feel it helps to digest that down.

I guess it's also saying you could get IBS flare-ups or feel bloated, which seems kind of obvious.

For anyone who keeps track this way:
@5% S&S = $0.31/can
@15% S&S = $0.27/can

<$0.30/can is usually my target price. Bubly doesn't seem to come in under that limit very often anymore.
I usually buy at Sams for .33, less when they put it on instant savings. Sadly, Amazon charges me full sales tax 10% whereas B&M only charges the food tax of 1.75%

Ok, I'm up for trying it. I slip and mess up w fast food or tv dinners but doing less of those as I'm moving and walking more. One must have the good items in house, to start. Glad you saw results for whatever reason...feeling good is good. 30 lbs is my goal

Doing a sub a week is my start, also? (LoL) I was an athlete many moons ago, so I know I need to cut intake calories, do water, breakfast and small meals and circuit exercise or just change it up from sleeping and aching in pain
