Everything except the
I. Display Resolution: 1600 x 900
II. Missing SSD (,which can be added separately though).

Normally I wouldnt bite without SSD, but an HDD with optane is an exception to this case. It gives a significant speed boost to HDDs, so if you prefer an HDD, but would like faster speeds, something with optane memory is the way to go!

In what situation would a HDD be preferable to an SSD?
