I don't think so. The shank is for SDS drills

Short answer is yes, long one: It's possible to tighten these in regular cuck but not always easy to have it 100 straight (have to play with position due to grooves) AND don't expect as good performance since one of benefits of SDS is that but can move freely back and forth about 1/2" or so which allows good impact performance in regular small hammer drill it's limited to a bumps which are like 1/16"-1/8" AND if you try just drill without hammer function these won't perform that well either.
P.S. They use to make these in Germany but now it's China, I prefer to use Milwaukee ones which are made in Germany and they have + shaped version (called 4 cutter) that are designed to go through concrete and rebar and they go into concrete like butter (I think Dewalt does them too and they're also made in Germany). These are still decent quality though and good bargain with this price.

Picked up a set of these last weekend at Lowe's with the cordless bulldog deal. This set is "on sale" at Lowe's for $15 (was $20). Will return that set next time I'm there. Thanks for the post!

Thanks I didn't know they're Chinese now. Bosch used to be my go to for anything masonry related

China makes different quality levels. The bulk of my bits are Bosch and I couldn't be happier. The crappiest of smartphones for $40 and the latest iPhones are both made in china, only 1 (subjective) sucks

When a tool switches to Chinese production, I stop buying it. There are too many other options.
