This place is horrible at canceling an online membership. Be very wary. Told me to go into store to cancel & I have no store within 500 miles. Have tried for 3 months straight now to no avail.

Cancelling overr the phone worked well for me x3 in last 5 years.simply because better promotion was available. Sorry to hear...
