Nice and cheap, but as a DIYer, I'm not a fan of the synthetic leather. I just had a hot screwhead that I was grinding off with a die grinder burn through the synthetic material and left a nasty synthetic leather infused burn on my thumb

nope. costco xl fits fine but they don't sell this kind. usually xl is ok. depends on brand/style.
