Went into my local target to pickup the western digital 4tb deal. I could no find it and looked at the clearance section and found this item. I took the hard drive out of it and it works perfect.

    The box didn't have any plastic on it at all. It didn't say it was an open box anywhere. I thought it was new.

    I got 4 WD 2tb for $25 each, a seagate 4tb for $60 and a seagate 5tb for $60. They are doing an "electronics reset" if you see one that's already on clearance have them check it on their inventory device, it may come up cheaper than what it rings up as.

    Snagged two in Phoenix, AZ. Had to drive 20 miles out, but worth it for my first YMMV deal. I was so happy that I even offered the associate that he could take one of those in case he wanted to Smilie

    Sales associate scanned, said One remain
    Couldn't find it in aisle
    Couldn't find it in clearance stash

    It's $59.99 NOT $35.98 in my target place here in Villa Park I found one stock yesterday in clearance area.

    Thanks OP, bought some 6Tb HDDs at one of my local stores; will be a great Thanksgiving/Christmas gift for less than $50 or maybe a great flip if I'm lucky.

    That's an insanely good deal. The best I was able to find was 4tb @60 bucks. I got one and I'll keep it sealed for the return in case I find a better deal. If not, I'll use the one I got.

    I went looking for this and was disappointed that most sold out too quick. However, the one I went to just happened to have the 6TB on clearance for $47.98! Original price was $159.99! Definitely worth searching for this one!
