A decent amount of reviews say they are getting faulty products that don't hold the ball properly or they break.

TU but any advice on where I can find a ton of cheap balls? My dog is still learning the "fetch" phase of fetch.

I got my two year old human a drone. I'd fly it , land it, he'd go an retrieve it. It was fun.

You have to pay attention to the review though, they make different size launchers and those that hold different size balls. Not everyone reviewing is using the right size ball for the product they got.

Thanks OP. These run about $20 at a pet store.
These Chuck it ones are meant for medium balls, which are most general tennis ball sized balls and their M range of Chuck it balls.

I just get the cheap tennis balls at walmart.

18 for $8

or the can of 3 for $1.5

I really like Tuff Balls, because they actually tend to last with my lab, who likes to destroy all of her toys. They typically run $2 for 2 balls but they last really, really long.

While ours works well enough, the dog is weird with tennis balls. She'll be all excited when I grab this, but when I chuck it, she runs out there, grabs the ball, then stops and drops it. It ends up being more exercise for me. Maybe she's trying to tell me something. Big Grin

They are a little spendy but you might look into the Westpaw balls, 1 ball will last until you lose it. the small "Jive" ball works pretty well with my pro25 chuck-it. Only problem is my dog loves these balls so much he turns his nose up at tennis balls now.
