The price on the 24mm kinda sucks right now given its 99 new on b&h, with 4% back.
The others are a good price though.

The 40mm and the 80mm prices suck for the same reason. They may be nominally cheaper than the new ones at Adorama, but the difference is spoiled by no sales tax for many at Adorama vs. Canon (and by the extra accessories Adorama throws in). I know how good Canon refurbished products are, but there is no point to forego new for miserly savings.

Canon refurbs are good.

Consider this - not every Canon lens is quality tested when it leaves the line.

But every single Canon refurb has to be quality tested before they resell it.

I personally havent bought any (since I only got into photography this year) but I hear great things about canon refurbs.

EF 85mm f/1.8 is $269 new. Doesn't seem like much of a deal?

Where does one get 4% back? Is this adorama's rewards? Thank you.

B&H, most purchases over a certain amount have 4% back, delivered a few weeks later in the form of an account credit:

I believe Chase freedom credit card offers 5% back with PayPal payments, plus there are cash back sites offering 3%

Yes, and EF lenses work on both APSC and FF

If you buy from adorama through Rakuten, all of the purchases get 15% back right now, plus a $10 bonus credit for new users.

https://www.rakuten.com/shop/ador...=CA2428SUA

https://www.rakuten.com/shop/ador...ku=CA4028A

Just make sure that you sign up for their super points program before putting in the order.

This was the best deal out of all the rest with regards to the cashback.

Yeah that's minimal savings. The EFS 17-55 is over $100 savings though.
