Hotel Grand Goose Feather and Down Comforter - $36.99 twin, $39.99 Queen, $49.99 King at Costco. Available online and for shipping. Seems like a great price for a real feather down and normally the microfiber down alternative Comforters are in this price range.

Features:

Medium-weight for All-Season Warmth

240 Thread count 100% Cotton Cambric Cover

All-natural, Sustainable Goose Feather and Goose Down Blend fill

Overstock has a SIMILAR (Hotel Grand med wt 240tc) comforter that includes the following info not found on the Costco page:

100-percent Cotton cover
Twin: 68 inches wide x 88 inches long with 44 ounces of fill
Full/ Queen: 88 inches wide x 88 inches long with 56 ounces of fill
King: 104 inches wide x 88 inches long with 68 ounces of fill

Don't expect much at this price range and I would never recommend a feather blend comforter. Spend more and get a higher quality down comforter. Think $150 and up

I bought these for all the mountain home beds.
And?
Can you provide everyone with a little more insight?

The listing shows no fill power.
I'm guessing it's probably 500 fill.
Cheap fill would go flat and stale pretty quick.

I bought a 750+ fill down comforter on Amazon for $150.
It's super warm and fluffs up instantly.
Spend a little more and get a higher fill down. It'll last you years if you take care of it.

Oh. I read the reviews on Costco.com and they look pretty good. I have synthetic comforters on the beds now and have been looking for a deal like this. Buying five at a time can get expensive. Anything else?

My bad, it sounded like you had bought them previously and maybe could tell us if they're any good or not...

Sorry I wasn't clear. However, I've found Costco's reviews to be accurate.

In for one. I hope I sleep better with this vs my kohls poly fill one where I'm constantly pulling it up and kicking it off due to poor temperature regulation. At $50, it's worth a try!

Any know of a good deal on cotton duvet covers to tuck this into?

This down comforter from Costco was first mentioned by @babaganosh in this other thread, and indeed it's a better product than the microfiber one.

For those without Costco membership, Groupon [groupon.com]has this item for $50+, depending on size.

With the cold season starting, the prices are going up. Shop for comforters in spring/summer instead, when they are on clearance.

10% Down does not make it a down comforter... Do yourself a favor, pay the extra money, buy an all down comforter.

There are always better products no matter what level you are at. Is this a good price for this level of product though?
