I don't think this is their best model but it's a solid deal

The "E-Z" mount on these is bad news. Get one with the 3 bolt like the Badger

They should call this continuous clog instead of continuous feed. If you have a Y fitting that joins your double sink drains together this will plug that up if you feed it any stringy or dense vegetables/fruit.

It's only a couple dollars off regular price, so while I agree it's not expensive, it's also not much of a deal on a average unit.

How many people need disposal units? What are you doing to these things? Might buy 2 of these in my entire life and I've already bought one

This one also only has a 2 year warranty vs 20 year for the 1 HP (which I thought used to be lifetime)

Replaced a leaking insinkerator badger with this yesterday. Have never replaced a disposal before. Took about 15 minutes all together. Super easy to replace your own. Unit works great.

For the price and ease of install, couldn't care less about warranty.

Right? Its $40 why would a warranty matter on something so inexpensive.

I wish you posted this earlier. You just need to maintain the seals. Could have saved you a hundred bucks. Sorry.

Yep. I replaced a Kenmore for sheesh probably the 80s and it's been a nightmare. I had a clog at the L bend in my basement floor that created a plug of ham lol. Took me 4 or 5 hours with a snake and pressure bladder to clear it out. And the simplest things have created clogs. Spaghetti, lettuce, and a few others.

My wife likes to put spoons and measuring cups down them which ruins them in a few seconds. We've gone through about three a year for a few years.
