Redesigned in 2013, the new Spirit E-310 Propane Gas Grill is complete with all the essential features a griller could want in an affordable package. With the control panel conveniently moved to the front, 2 full use stainless steel tables allow for food platters and prep. The BBQ grill offers enough room to cook a 20 lbs. turkey or roast meats and vegetables at the same time. Porcelain enameled cast-iron cooking grates provide superior heat retention and clean up easily, and the durable porcelain enameled shroud will not fade, peel or rust. An electronic crossover ignition system lights the 3-burners with just 1-touch of the igniter button, and an easy-to-read fuel gauge accurately measures the amount of LP gas in the tank.

Weber's Spirit E-210 2-Burner Propane Gas Grill has been completely reimagined from the previous model, and the proof is visible in features throughout the grill. With the control panel moved to the front, this design includes two stainless steel tables that fold down for easy maneuverability and storage and boon for grillers with small patios, decks or balconies. While compact, the BBQ grill is also roomy enough to cook a 20 lb. turkey or roast meats and vegetables at the same time. Porcelain enameled cast-iron cooking grates offer superior heat retention and quick clean-up, while the porcelain-enameled shroud won't fade, peel or rust. An electronic crossover ignition system lights the two burners with just one touch of the igniter button, and an easy-to-read fuel gauge lets you know where you stand on fuel at all times.

E-310 Store SKU # is 578390.

Posted prices are a manual markdown from the department manager at OP's store. Unless you can successfully haggle for a discount, the E310 is $250 and the E210 is $240

Just struck out at two Detroit area stores saying they they couldnt do a price match. Did you get the last one in Livonia?
Somewhere in this thread there was a brickseek that was accurate on inventory for the HD Livonia store when I bought the first one.

I tried there last night about 8 pm. There was one left but they wouldn't sell it for the $150. Was told that the manager must have made an error.

Chased this one before. My region does not have the 310 II on sale at all. Found only a few at different stores, but essentially there's nothing to concretely get them to match. It's priced at $479 in store and shows $529 online. Tried 5 stores today and spoke to two store managers to no avail. Not sure what regions everyone is in but north Texas is a no go.

Actually, the original Spirit series has the doors (pre 2018), the Spirit II series was new for 2018 and no longer has the tank behind doors. It's the newest design change for these grills.

You can see both the original spirit and spirit II listed on their website.

This may or may not be helpful for some of you. I found the power output on my genesis 6 burner to be fairly weak, (not the pressure safety valve). I am coming from many years of high heat charcoal grilling 1"+ steaks. The burners on max are what I would describe as "medium" power, and in sufficient for searing or crusting steak.

The "problem" arises becaues the propane limiter OEM is a 1 PSI limiter, and this may or may not be for safety reasons. However, and I do not generally recommend this to the general user, but I swapped the hose for a variable PSI limiter hose, and now I can control the flame from mild to searing hot jet engine.

Again for the average user I would not recommend this. But I found the OEM heat insufficient for high heat applications.
