Essentially; it's about the size of 2 packs of playing cards longways. It's nice to clean up cords in certain situations. If you have an A/V receiver you will see no benefit.

Basically it is a media receiver with a built in TV tuner. The main benefit is that you can mount the TV on the wall and only have a single cable going to it. Whenever you need to add a new connection, it can easily be done in the media console instead of pulling a new cable to the TV.
The 2018 One connect boxes also did power over the one connect cable, so you didnt need a power outlet behind the TV. Makes wall mounting much cleaner and easier.
The other benefit is that when new HDMI standards are released, you can theoretically just upgrade your One Connect box and not the whole TV.
Thank you both for taking the time to reply to my question. Repped!
So, how is the viewing angle really on this? I read the review on Rtings, but looking for other opinions on this. Will be in a bonus room with a sectional couch, but the TV will be on a swivel mount - so not sure if will be an issue.
Huge and I'll let you go and review the differences. Also only Q90R/Q900/the Frame have the one connect box unless you get 2018 model then the Q7 would have one connect box

So its worth waiting for Q90 to drop in price? I currently have no TV but not in a rush.

I'd wait with no rush on your end. I'd say at or sub $2500 for q90 and you might bite depending on size your looking for. I was referencing 75 inch at that price

Tried repairing my 60" plasma for the 2nd time last night, and blew some caps off the board. I could replace the caps and maybe get a couple more months before the video board fails again... but it's time to replace it. Holding out for BF and hopefully an ~85".
Costco members can get each of these for an additional $1.98 apiece. Whether that's worth it to you is subjective. Also note the Costco model is "Q7D," not "Q70" and ""Q6D" not "Q60." From what I can tell there is no difference. Reviews suggest they have different remotes and I believe the Costco model comes with a longer warranty? At work so don't have much time to research right now.
Edit: Oh right, Costco isn't going to give you the same rewards as BuyDig, but I believe the Costco Visa should give you 5% back, and usually adds on an additional 2 years to the warranty, right?
I'd get from Costco as a store pickup. Much less likely to be damaged in transit.
