VIZIO P-Series® Quantum X 65" Class 4K HDR Smart TV - PX65-G $979 at Sams'c Club on 11/09/19 for Members Savings Event. Best price I have seen if your thinking of purchasing, worth waiting and buying a sams club groupon membership.

I was just looking at the costco BF ad, and they have the 75" for $1,699 and the 65" for $999. So actually probably better to buy through costco for $20 more.

The Hisense doesn't have the brightness of the Vizio either. I have this TV. And the blooming is weird. And by that I mean sometime when the Netflix app loads on Apple TV there's is crazy blooming around the N, sometimes there's none. But once the actual shows start I don't see it at all. Sometime I think it has to do with the tv switching from off to on, or switching from app to app which some support HDR and others don't. I haven't quite figured it out yet. I paid 1200 so hopefully I can get my $200 back. For 1000 I don't think you can get a better TV. I'm currently having some problems with the HDR but that is because of my Receiver and the active 35 ft HDMI cable. If your looking for a comparable LCD the Sony is it with better upscaling, but at a premium and you won't get the brightness of this set. If your considering an OLED then plan on spending twice as much for a 65" and stop trying to compare LCDs to it. They both have their benefits and downsides. It's up to each individual buyer to decide what their needs are. If you have a window that shines on a tv and you use your tv during daytime hours, you should definitely give this TV a try. Good luck. Buying TVs suck. All company's have bad panels, some more than others. If you look on any owners thread on the AVS forums you will see people complaining about every brand, and they are specifically looking at test patterns to find the flaws. If you buy this tv load up a show Or moviein 4k HDR and make a decision off that. Don't load up test patterns or you'll probably be returning any set you buy from any manufacturer.

I had the 75" Quantum X for almost the fully 90 days from Costco. I ended up returning it. Massive amount of vertical banding (can be seen in many panning scenes and video games), inconsistent HDR (bright at times, super dim during others), super slow OS, and other various issues. Check AVSForums for others having these complaints.

I also own an LG C8 OLED, and before the Vizio I had a 65" Sony X930E (amazing TV). I ended up getting a 75" Sony X950G. While it's not quantum dot, I haven't run into any quality issues.

Need this at Costco for the extended warranty. Wish the upconversion was better on 720p and 1080i signals. Otherwise a great set.

Thanks for the info. I looking to jump on the he QX 75, now I will stick with either Samsung RU series or Sony TV (though I totally dislike the Android TV on them).

I just recently became a Sam's member. Do they offer any extended warranties on electronics like Costco Concierge does?

For those in the market for a 65 , I would take a hard look at the Hisense 65H9F its their flagship model. Hisense used to be part of Sharp.
It has a spectacular picture and Android OS.

I would still recommend trying it out for up to 90 days with Costco's return policy. It's a good panel at times. I just couldn't put up with all the issues. Some of the AVSforum members have gone through 5+ exchanges with Vizio and might get better in one area and have issues in another.

Citi has stopped the price rewind benefit. Which CC are you thinking of using?
