These should be cut into steaks, cooking as a roast would be a waste. Good deal if A5 is your things, needs to be enjoyed in smaller portions, definitely not something you'll be eating 1lb steaks of.

How would one go about doing that especially without actual butchering equipment? Can I take it into a Costco and ask them to cut it for me?
