Lowe's [lowes.com] has the Little Giant Ladders Leveler Aluminum 22' 300lb Capacity Telescoping Multi-Position Ladder (Model #16522-803) for $159.

Additional 10% off through Samsung Pay brings this to $143.10.
Possible 10-15% off through Chase Offers as well! I had 15% (max of $20), so I'm hoping that stacks w/ Samsung Pay, bringing my total to $123.

EDIT #1: Just noticed this in the Chase Offers T&C: "Offer not valid on third-party delivery services or mobile wallet purchases", so we'll see what happens... Thumbdown
EDIT #2: Both the Samsung Pay and the Lowe's Chase Offer tracked and posted correctly, so I'm optimistic about receiving cashback for both of them...

Thanks to gopher100, JoshuaW7311, and Phillip5!

This is an excellent ladder and a good value for the money. Just be very careful to follow the instructions for opening it up or collapsing it. Being careless or reckless can easily lead to crushed fingers or hands, especially for people with smaller hands such as most women. Safety first! EEK!

Its about 30% off normal retail cost, not bad but not great either. Keep in mind it's weight, (144 lbs.) is a big factor in just about everyone's decision when purchasing a new ladder.
Its still a very good ladder, there's add-ons for it, it's much more than just "a ladder" for what it can do in different situations.

Edit: Read over the other SD comments about its weight. I didn't think it would've been mentioned this early in the post.
rofl...
144lbs???
try again bro Wink

I have a velocity 22 that I love and would replace it with this in a heartbeat if it had levelers on all 4 legs instead of just 2. Even so this might be worth it vs. buying add on leg levers.

Finally, an SD comes along for something when I'm actually looking to buy it! I was so close to getting the smaller one last weekend, so as much as I hate waiting it paid off. As for the weight, 44lbs isn't bad, and the wheels help significantly.

Anybody can confirm that this has been the best price for this ladder, I know they get low on Black Friday as well.
Unsure if its lower for Black Friday but I picked up the 22 Werner multi ladder for $99.00 on BF a couple of years ago. I see it pop up yearly and it is pretty comparable (and heavy also)

I thought when I bought it for less than $180 in store, it was a good deal.
They no longer stock the 22ft in our stores, just the shorter one.
The 22ft feels like it weighs less, than the 16ft Werner version I have.

Harbor freight $99 with coupon
Harbor Freight doesn't sell Little Giant.

What they do have is a short little 17' heavy as hell generic brand "Franklin" multi-task ladder without leveling feet for $139.99 regular price/$109.99 after coupon.

I know the 17ft type IA ladders are usually on sale around BF for around $89-99 because I bought one a few years ago. This one is 22ft and has the leveling feet. I think I would wait unless I really needed a ladder.

I have been using this ladder for about 2 years now, it has been awesome, I weigh around 160lb and it has been easy for me to carry and no flex while going up it like some of the cheaper folding ladders.

All of their ladders are exceptional. If you work in an industry where you use ladders everyday, contact them for an onsite demo. Pretty high tech for ladders. Theclacker bottom step is a great feature. The built in levels for proper lean angles. I mean they thought of everything. Their green extension one with the even wider extra base levelers is fantastic. They put the rope for extending on the side so you can't get caught in it. Little things like this make them the best.
