I am addicted to these brush picks. I use them religiously after every meal. Naturally I just bought the same 4 pack a week ago at full price. I went ahead and purchased them again. I know it will be use them eventually.

What's the difference between these and toothpicks?

I purchased a 275 count last month to try out. They do the job but don't feel very smooth and you can easily cut or scrape your gums to the point of bleeding if not careful.

One end of it is "comb" like to brush between teeth but it is not bristles.

Is it smaller than a toothpick? Meaning can it get in where toothpicks cant?

I would think so. It is flat and narrow, not round.

These are amazing. I find them much better than other "brush picks". The pointy end is "standard" - flat, pointed, like a small plastic knife. The brush side is great. They are not too soft, not too hard. I find most other brushes tear up my gums. Some others are so soft as to be completely ineffective. These are perfect. I've been using them for years. Before Amazon, I had to search out the few places that stocked this brand.

Some of my teeth are very close together (touching at top). Do you think these will still work?

Thanks OP.
I've used these for years and love them.
Much smaller than toothpicks to get between the tight teeth.
