You leave your number at Google and tell them to forward to whatever new number your provider gives you. When you switch providers you can port or get a new number as required by the deal. Google will forward to up to six phone numbers at a time, just update the number to forward to whenever your actual number changes.

Google is kinda like the operator at a corporate office - it can forward calls to you no matter which "extension" (i.e. actual phone number) you're using.

This is as good as it gets pal. I'm a courier in San Francisco who runs 6 apps simultaneously and Mint Mobile has been wonderful for me. This is a steal for the 12GB plan

Edit: mint Mobile is on the T-Mobile network

Yes-- but you can choose to change plans when you renew. (example., get the 12gb plan for the promo, and renew later for the 3gb plan.)

Great Deal! The way the deal is structured, choosing anything but the 12GB plan wouldn't make sense since you can always change plans after the 3 months promo.

I'm currently with Mint Mobile plan 8G/month, my plan will exp on Jan 04 2020. Can I bought this deal to refill when my current plan expired or how I can keep the same phone number?

You couldn't use this deal to refill.
To keep your number and enjoy this deal, you can use these methods:
1. Port out the number to another company and port it back to the new deal sim when you activate your sim
2.Port out the number to google voice to keep it (cost $20) and use the new deal

What happens after the 3 months? Do they auto-pull the higher rate from the credit card you used to buy the sim? Does it ask for a credit card to activate when you get the kit? Or does it automatically expire after 3 months?
