Just bought the 55" from Walmart a couple days ago for $500 🍻. Good price but I'll wait for it to drop to 1k$ for the 65" before I jump on it.
You did not buy a 55 inch c9 from Walmart for $500. Not on this planet at least.

I guess I'll just lean this up against the wall or ask a friend to just stand there while holding it so I can watch my favorite movie for 90 minutes
Orrrrrrr just buy a wall mount?

Nothing about what you said makes senses. You have additional warranty, but LG wont honor the original. You think were dumb (other than the 6 that upvoted you)? Square Trade wont honor it either if you never had a warranty.

How about some more details otherwise you're as much a troll and one could be.
He likely didn't want to use the extended service because if it's not fixable they refund you back just like all extended warranties and then it's done and served it's purpose.

If it's under the one year still then it can be fixed for free by LG and STILL have his extended warranty. LG not seeing that seller as an authorized reseller means they don't have to honor the manufacturer's warranty. Come on man no need to be a dick just use some common sense

This is certainly the price I've been looking for. I'd be mounting mine anyway. Are they nib I wonder? Is this just the particular model? Anyone have insight into these standless models?

E: yes, factory sealed. And this is the site that charges shipping insurance after the initial transaction.
It definitely not new in box returns without stand

I am currently having to warranty my LG OLED, which I purchased from Firstclasstvs. LG will not honor the one year warranty since this is an unauthorized retailer. I fought with them for days. I did buy Square Trade and so I do have extra coverage. Just wanted to share. I purchased mine on eBay last year and no issues with Firstclasstvs.
At what point do they ask you where you bought it from? Is it when you register the TV? Or do they ask for an invoice/receipt showing purchase date?

Tempting but I'll pass. I'm not sure if I can trust the seller. I like to buy from sellers that have an actual physical address in the US just in case something goes wrong. After some searching seems more odd.
First Class TVs seem to be located in FL at a sketchy strip mall next to a Vape shop, Pawn shop and Hooka Bar.
SDers be carefull!

Actually I did not get a C9 correct ; but I'll take the C8 for $500 any day , just the other day as a matter of fact 🍻 and when the C9 hits ~1k$ for the 65" I'll grab that as well
People shopping for the c9 typically are looking for the features over the c8 if you don't care about hdmi 2.1 and the bells and whistles that come with that then sure the c8 is fine but if you're a gamer all those bells and whistles make your future gaming experience infinitely better.

I'm loving gsync ultra low latency gaming with my 2080ti and can't wait til actual hdmi 2.1 gpu's start shipping.

Not to mention the new Xbox and ps5 due out in less than 12 months will take advantage of these features to a game changing degree.

This is good deal. I have the one with stand paid $1699 two weeks ago and it's hanging on the wall.
