Microsoft Rewards - Bing Rebates BETA on selected account ONLY - YMMV

+48 Deal Score

I just noticed that Microsoft rewards has added Bing Rebates (BETA) on selected account now. It has very limited participating retailers right now, but they should add more retailers soon since it's still in BETA stage. It's good to see MS brings cashback feature and hopefully it will well compete with other cashback sites.

Yup. I am about 780,000 points so far, 4 years of FREE Xbox LIVE Gold, numerous gift cards, GOOGLE can kiss my A**

Agreed. You can pull about 4-6 years of XBL Gold per year. Sell them for about $40 each, easy $200 for clicking for 60 seconds at work each day.

You need to bang out those searches and do the quizzes and such on the main reward page every day. I get $5 Amazon gift card every 15-20 days.
Check out the rewards automater app, it'll do 70 searches with the click of a button, in under a minute. You can also do the quizzes and daily polls from the app too. It can be a little buggy at times but it sure beats manually searching.

I remember that Bing cash back was a crazy deal at that time, but obviously that promotion did not bring anything to MS.

The old cashback gave me the best deals ever including the p.m. Sears snowblowers. Bought a bunch of them for less than $200 each after the Bing! rebates. Sold all but one for a nice profit! Still using the one I kept to this day! 2010?

Careful...every now and then they will blacklist users for using these. Not sure about this specific app, but it doesn't take much time to type random gibberish and "click-backspace-enter-repeat". F12 (or control-command-R for macOS) and refresh to load mobile website and repeat.

Only old bing reward account can get bezos gift card.

New account can only see Microsoft gift card.
Ohh when did they stop it? I still see Amazon, Target and few other GCs. Do you know if they are going to stop it for old accounts as well?

True... My account was blacklisted for almost two years before they allowed me back. Now I stick with manual gibberish searches daily. It really doesn't take that much time.

Nothing for me yet.

Here's the FAQ in case anyone is wondering about this program..
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/b...-faq?rtc=1

"Rebates are paid out via PayPal after a retailer confirms the purchase."

How did they let you back in? Did you have to contact support?

Yes there was a link on the page when you try and sign in to rewards to contact them. Like I said it took almost 2 years from the time I initially made contact.

Maybe before June, sure. They took away 12 month codes back then, then offered them very briefly in July (sold out quickly) as a Hot Deal and they haven't been seen since.

Easy way to get banned, sure. It doesn't take that long to do searches if you know what you're doing and 0 risk of ban.

Yep, they've banned plenty of people for using apps like that. And you don't need to type gibberish daily, there's (edit) other/better ways with less risk of ban.

Amazon GC's were taken away as an option for new accounts about 3.5 years ago, give/take. Side note: I would STRONGLY recommend people with older accounts that still have Amazon as an option not use automators like those mentioned above, if you're going to risk using them at all.

Contacting support is the only way to lift a ban/suspension and it's YMMV. I had a friend of mine get suspended not long ago, he had to send several e-mails to support to get reinstated, lost his streak but they at least reinstated his points. He literally did nothing wrong, no VPN's, no botting, etc. just a random ban out of the blue.

Getting back on topic, I don't have this on my account yet, but I'm looking forward to the possibilities if it's a good program when it rolls out to all!

I did not realize this. Does this mean eventually the old accounts will lose Amazon GCs? Has the reward program made any announcement concerning this?

Thanks for any info
I have two accts. Older established accts get Amazon for 5250 pts, my newer acct does not but you can get Target or Walmart for 6500.
