Regular price is $6.66, now $6.15

Edit: well upon further investigation on their website they are selling the 16" bear without the love tag for $45. Seems like a lot of varied prices.

Here is a video with more info. In the video they say for every bear you buy, one just like it is donated to a child in need.

This is my first time buying a Bear For Humanity bear, so I am just learning about it myself.

EDIT: I see what you mean now. I believe you will need to have the "bought" bear shipped to you and then you will need to donate that one on your own.

yeah, the crossed off pricing on amazon's product pages is totally random. you have to check price trackers for a better idea of pricing. these bears are historically much more expensive.

Thanks, I bought 1 and will drop it off here at the women's shelter. They have a contact number but this being a weekend I figure they're not open until Monday again. Thx for sharing op! Tu and repped!Smilie

So do the panda bears have questions written on the black parts and answers written on the white parts?

I am also new to this. I don't know if there's a way to donate the bear to buy directly but I was going to put the ones I bought in Toys for Tots or something similar this holiday. Just a thought Smilie

I also noticed that in the Special offers and product promotions (toward bottom of item pages) there's an offer for a $5 Mickey or Minnie plush if you spend $50+ on select toys [amazon.com]. Figured I'd mention it in case anyone might be buying a bunch or other toys.

Why would Ido this? Pop-up charities are suspect at best. Research charities and find the ones that actually pass the largest percentage of your dollars to the cause. If I was a starving kid I think I'd probably prefer food over this thing. Or I might try to eat it. Same goes for the hit-me-up-for-a-buck at the checkout stand. And yeah--I want a receipt that states clearly what portion I gave to charity;
Child in need doesnt always means starving children
