Kreg K4 Pocket Hole Jig Master System + Bonus Pocket Hole Screw Kit + Jig Mini for $124 + tax after $15 rebate at Lowes B&M YMMV

Seems like a good deal considering you get the Bonus screw kit and mini jig for less than the cost of the K4 MS.

It's YMMV because these are promotional packs that may or may not be at your local Lowes B&M store. They were on an end-cap near where most of the Kreg stuff is normally kept. I took a pick of what the box looks like. The rebate info is on their website but who knows if you will get the promo pack if you order from the web.

The K4 is only $99.99 at Home Depot, but says sold out online. Might be available in stores.

Can you post a pic of your receipt or the item number from your receipt?

Added to the original post. I edited out the stuff that is specific to the rebate and my CC. The item number is 3526 which unfortunately does not tell you if it is the promo packaging since it is the same as the regular K4 Master System box. Since the rebate just started, I'm guessing that stores may just be getting these promo boxes. The end-cap where I got mine looked like it was freshly stocked and none had been taken.

The regular k4 kit is $99 everywhere I've seen it - this deal posting is showing the Master kit with bonus screws

Here is another wrinkle. These two kits are side by side at my local Lowe's. Same item number, same UPC, same price of $139. Clearly the kit on the right is a superior value. And it is further different from the original post. Also, the rebate from Lowe's is a $15 gift card, not a check from Kreg. That's not a con, just something to keep in mind. Finally, I found these in the holiday race track where they will reveal BF deals, so it is possible that the price may drop on these. Unlikely, but possible.

Great deal for the K4 master kit.. I noticed similar items at one (not all ) Home Depots. Found a K4 for $99 that came with the mini jig, clamp and box of screws. And then the regular one like the one on the left in your photo.
Definitely YMMV, but good to see more popping up.

I have the K3 which is of course smaller. Does the K4 give any great addition in function that I can't get with the K3? So far I've only used this while making shelves.

Did you buy one? What does the inside of the case look like. I was kind of shopping around to find a storage tote to keep all of my Kreg stuff in one container (K3, drill bit, allen key, driver, various screw sizes). Am wondering if the pictured case could act as that or if it's only enough room to keep what's pictured.

The holes produced by the K3 and K4 are identical. It is just a different method of working with each. With your K3 you have to clamp the jig on your workpiece which often needs to be clamped to a table itself while the K4 clamps the workpiece in the jig. Because the K4 remains stationary, you are always drilling at a convenient angle and comfortable place.

The K4 case has a little bit of extra room in it, enough for me to store a normal box of Kreg screws in addition to the jig, drill bit and driver bit - so I imagine that you can fit the K3 in there.

But the case isn't that great, so I wouldn't fret over it. There are many better DIY Kreg jig storage options at Lumberjocks or youtube.

The box I got. Mine shows $55 value instead of $39 as the one pictured here.
