I use the Worktunes Bluetooth for yard work. They do what I need them to. The one issue to be aware of is that they have possibly the worst Bluetooth hardware ever made - you can walk away from the BT source and not lose the connection, but with your phone in your pocket you'll get annoying dropouts. The BT radio is in the right side of the headphones, and always having your phone in your right pocket seems to make the problem go away.

I've had the worktunes- wired for about 5 years. 3 of those years I wore them 40 hours a week doing landscape. They held up pretty well after dropping them a ton of times. The stitching on the headband is coming undone and one of the speakers goes out sometimes but given their abuse I'd consider it normal. My only thing I don't like is the speakers have never been very loud, they do the job but they're not the greatest quality.

Thumbs up to counter the guy who has literally no idea what he's talking about.

I just spent an hour and a half with a leaf blower, using my little $5 ear plugs. This could have come in handy. I feel like my head is being smothered by pillows.

You may have gotten a bad set. I actually have the same ones, and use them for yard work and woodworking in my garage. Maybe I've been lucky, but haven't noticed any issues w dropouts.

Mine don't seem to keep their battery charge super well if they're off the charger, tho...

I have used the 3M worktunes (one pictured without bluetooth) for a couple years. Honestly, I would not buy them again. If I turn my head while mowing, the mower sounds twice as loud. I would recommend something with better sound dampening.

Was looking at the G&F 34db unit for the gun range, but after reading reviews on Amazon and HD, looks like it's false advertising, box actually labels them at 26db.

FYI for anyone else.
