Seems like a decent card overall but nothing I don't already have in other cards that would make it worth a hard pull.

This is now my everyday card due to Platinum honors giving me 3.5% back on food and travel and 2.625% on everything else. Otherwise, is nothing special.

It all depends, this card is no keeper but rinse and repeat. Too bad you have to wait a year to apply again. $95 annual fee but you get back $700 for the $100 incidental is per calendar year and even some gift cards trigger it.

I closed this in July 2018. Too bad that terms say should not be card member in last 24 months. I think I would need to wait until July 2020

It's ironic SD owned by a different bank, isn't it?

And how would you know what bank SD is owned by or even where they do their banking? Do you have some secret access to the company financials we don't know about?

$500 in free cash plus $200 in free airline credits is not worth a hard pull?

Nope. Purely a cash back card.

BoA with platinum is pretty solid for cash back- though for those who travel you'll find better value (without need to park 100k in a BoA related account) from others like Chase.
