Quote from Ohsighrus
:
These contain pectin so they can sooth some light coughs, same with the menthol.

The Luden's brand specifically states that these are not meant to be used as cough drops, but throat soothers. I personally don't use them anymore because I end up eating the whole pack and my bathroom looks like tacobell night by the time I am done my toilet James Pollock painting.

When I am feeling really froggy, I'll drink a bunch of V8 so that my pee turns red to really help fine tune my artwork.
Please see a doctor.

Are these better Ricolas? I'm using Ricolas right now to calm my cough. It does work but only lasts while it's still in my mouth. Shortly after melting away, I start coughing again!

Forget all this. Buy fisherman's friend cough drops. Amazing for cough, sore throat, and nasal congestion. Once you try this, you'll buy this for the rest of your days.

I miss when you could actually get a few flavors of these at walmart. Now they're a pita to find.

I had a sore throat last week and tried one of these from my S&S. They ended up going in the trash. Overly sweet and made with corn syrup.

These definitely don't work as cough drops. I buy them because of a throat condition I have and the Pectin helps loosen/soothe the area in there so It doesn't feel "stuck".
Good stuff. Dollar Tree does have a small bag for a buck, I want to say 30 come in it, but I forget.
