Thumbs up for a neat multi tool combo. Not sure if it's a stellar price or not though.

The last known price (according to CCC; 3rd party seller) for the CS (the smaller of the two) is $29.95. The other Freestyle, though an older model, is probably worth the extra $19. You can get another 5% back if you use one of the shopping portals before going to the Leatherman website.

I would have to agree with you SpaceMikey, if you were in the market for a multitool or to get a jump on your holiday gift list, this is a decent buy. Probably not the slickest of deals but worth a thumbs up.

I guess it's a good price for two tools, but I wish their other one that is just one tool but has most of these was on sale, I'd pay $50 for a good one. I was thinking about getting SAK but I prefer to have pliers like these, and these have better leverage when you are trying to cut something like a rope. SAKs knives are just too short.

I paid $34 for one of my Skeletool's a while back, but you pretty much have the barebones minus the screwdriver for $37.46 and the little throw away one. Not a bad deal though. Depends on functional use.

I've been carrying both of those in my pocket for years - sort of - and can't leave home without them unless I want to feel naked.

I lost the original Freestyle I got from Woot years ago. I replaced it with a model that didn't have quite the quality of blade as the original, which I lost as well, and replaced with a Skeletool which is basically the same only it has a carabiner (bottle opener) and screwdriver.

I haven't cut my fingernails with anything BUT the Style in years. Before that I was cutting them with a Leatherman Micra.

Of the five knives I usually have on me three of them are Leatherman. The other two are Spyderco. (the OTHER Leatherman I have is a C33T - can't recommend that enough to balance out the pliars, screwdriver, scissors trio)

If there's a man in your life that you care for, and he's the kind of man that does real work for a living or at least has that mind set, do him a favor, get this one for him for Christmas.

Nice deal. I have two skeletool cx's and would buy this too if the freestyle had a beltclip (although I guess it would pretty much be a skeletool then) because I want a style ps or cs to fly with. I've always wanted to see if I can get a style ps use it's folding scissors to replace one of my skeletools' knives.

It's new on ebay for $30 shipped. Search for 831207. Many available on that search.

Edit: this is a good deal since there are two different tools included.
