Anyone sailed Holland before? Is it all 50+ people, or are there a lot of sub 40s on the ship?

We did an Alaska cruise before school was out. Definitely a lot of older people.

Holland America has the reputation of having the most seniors vs other cruise lines.

I sailed Holland a few years ago. Lots of seniors and hardly any little kids, which was ok with me. The quality of the food was way better than any other cruise Ive been on.
