Having used both the Breast Friend and Boppy with my kid (Boppy was a gift, and I bought the Brest Friend), I loved the Breast Friend more in the beginning. It was the one the lactation consultant recommended and was so much more stable and supportive when my baby was small. However, as my baby got bigger (granted, she is >99th percentile for height), the Boppy became more manageable. The Brest Friend ended up putting too much pressure on the back, as it wraps around the back and buckles back to the pillow on the side. I used to have one upstairs and one downstairs, but I've used the Boppy exclusively since 4 months (baby was size of average 10.5 month old, though) as my back couldn't handle it anymore. Just my 5 cents.

This is the brand my hospital recommended when we had our little ones. Much better than the Boppy. This is a really great price too!

That looks like just the cover, not including pillow.

This word for word. I preferred this in the beginning and the boppy after a few months.

This thing is amazing! Definitely recommend over the boppy. With both my kids i stopped using a pillow at all after the first few months so i cant speak to how it does with an older baby, but in the early days this is a lifesaver!

The Brest friend is the best and priciest! This is a great deal. You can wear it like a tutu or sling it on the stroller - my sister even bought an inflatable one for travel...
You won't need it for long. But the time that you need it is very important so get one! Get two for this price.

This is a fantastic deal! Even if you only use it in the early stages of nursing, it is SO worth it!

Thank you. Got it lost time for $30 in 2017. And a need is knocking on the door again. This is way good price. Repped.

My wife had this and a boppy. Used this briefly but found the boppy less annoying as you just grab it and start using while holding the baby - with this product she had to set the baby down and use both hands to set it up. Wound up buying additional boppy. Boppy still handy for dad after a year to make a platform for the little one to snuggle on when he wants to sleep and I want to hold him.
