I'm sure you'll see tons of brand-new IE 80 S on Ebay next week.

The IE-80S is the better deal.

Deal seems to be alive. Im not a fan of tidal after trying the free trials though.
I didn't care for it either, interface was a bit lacking and there were a number of songs not present. Now that Amazon has HD Unlimited music with both lossless and hi-res streaming, Tidal doesn't really have a use case. I wish Spotify would go lossless, I find their interface the best and their discover weekly to be really useful.

How is this a deal when the headphones alone are $80 at Amazon? Total pass
What? You're getting a premium streaming service for cost + free headphone. How is this not a deal? You're getting $80 for free.

For new customers only? Trying to claim with my current account and says user already in use.

Wondering the same thing. But it's worth even starting the new account with the money saved... already paying $240 yearly with a monthly subscription

I have an active Hi-Fi account and received the same message, so definitely looks like a deal for new users only.

I only wish that Tidal played nicer with Google Assistant. Makes using it in my car w/ Android Auto a questionable affair.

I'm out of personal email accounts at this point since I sign up and grab Tidal new customer deals. This deal is by far the best one though. I suppose I still have my work email... *cough

Fun tidbit:

If you click on the terms and conditions it reads, "One-year TIDAL HiFi membership: Sennheiser HD 4.50BTNC (a $179.95 value) or Sennheiser IE 80 S BT (a $349.99 value)"

The IE 80 S BT is a $500 pair of in ear monitors. I'd sign up instantly if I got those but I assume it's a typo and you'd get the non bluetooth model.

Decent deal if you're interested in one of the two products, though.
Hope that's not typo 😂😂

In the past... I changed my paypal email address and used paypal as default payment.

That works for me to open up a new account.

Tried Tidal Hi-Fi the other month in the Chicagoland area using ATT and while the sound quality was great it was constantly buffering when used in my car. Switched to Amazon HD and it only buffers in one dead zone on my way home where Tidal would freeze up constantly all the way home. Never had an issue with it over my home wi-fi but I stream 90% of the time in my car so it was a deal breaker. Other cities and cell providers may give better results.
