It's at dick's sporting goods, you're supposed to pick it up. It's about 175lbs for both boxes. The boxes aren't that big, should be able to fit it in any sedan where the rear seats fold down.
It's fixed to the rack so it's a flat bench. You'll have better options buying a squat rack and an adjustable bench. It'll cost more though
Tell that to my awesome chest. I want a wall mount power rack, but don't have anywhere to put it. My basement ceiling height is just a hair too low. I'm not allowed to put it anywhere upstairs.

Good price but an adjustable bench and power rack is all you need for home use. This is completely unnecessary and flat bench isn't the best movement for chest development anyhow

I don't really see the point though. My basement had 7 ft rafters to the concrete floor. We put drywall on the ceiling and an insulated floor with subfloor over that and vinyl plank over that. All said and done our ceiling height is about 6'2". My hair just touches the ceiling. I already have a pull up bar mounted to the wall, which I do on my knees. I can't do proper squats because 45lb weights with a bar on my shoulders touches the ceiling.
So, when I think about it, I just need a bench press. After having a kid, I can't go to the gym on weekdays. I'll have to do my other excercises outside on during nice days and gym on the weekends.
It doesn't say, but does this allow you to do incline/decline bench press?
If you install the bench per the instructions, it's fixed and non adjustable.
But you don't have to install the bench and one of the cross bar that the bench rests upon. That way one of the sides of the cage becomes "open" and you can slide your own adjustable bench in it.
Of course you're now left with a back pad that I guess you could do your own excercise on the floor with, lol like a yoga mat?

Anyways, I got the Ethos squat rack and it's very heavy duty. This is the same specification except the size of the holes. Definitely commercial quality. The catches have the plastic material stufff that won't f up your bar also.
