Will the $5 off $25 on Saturday only coupon work with this deal?
Yes, if they still have stock.

For the past 3 years during the first week+ AFTER black Friday (starting on bf for the full following 9 days -through the following Sunday) all 3 of my local Walmarts have all hot wheels for 50 cents each, be sure to check your local Walmarts. After black friday I bought a hundred cars, forty for the kiddo and the other 60 we donated 5 cars to 12 different random kids in need. My son's obsession with cars knows no bounds; since 3 it's all he ever wants and he's got over 600 now. It's nuts, I know.
Thats great to know, thank you. I want to buy a large number of these for a local charity. The Dollar General flyer says regular price of $1.00 each, so BOGO would be the same at $0.50 each, right? Can you confirm that normal price on Hot Wheels are $1.00 each?

Ad says "Offers with like items can not be combined" does that mean can't get multiple of the same model?

I think it means other toys that are $1, other than hot wheels/matchbox cars. It's just hot wheels and matchbox that are BOGO

Drove to a couple to find stock. Look out for when you purchase as some didn't register as the deal and I had to return half of them and then rebuy them (at a different store that had even more in stock). You don't buy one and get one free; what the store manager and I figured was you buy 2 and they each get marked down 50 cents (essentially meaning you get two for the price of one).

Got 82. Gonna give around 6 to my son and the rest go to Toys 4 Tots!!

Limit $10 discount per transaction.

They don't mention in the ad. Run multiple transactions if you are buying more than 20 cars.

Negative, you can buy as many duplicates as you want. Limit 20 per transaction though. Probably means you cant use the 25% off $75 or the $5 off of $25 promotion they have going at the same time.

Went this morning, got one each of all 12 cars they had, but most were the last of their type. Doubt there will be a good selection tomorrow at most locations. Good luck hunting, everyone!

Question has been asked in the past- what is the difference between hot wheels and matchbox? I know I've heard that Matchbox is plastic and hot wheels is die cast. When I was in the store just now the matchbox ones look kind of cheap compared to hot wheels

Both are die cast...Usually if the body is metal, the chassis will be plastic..opposite if the body is plastic, the chassis is usually metal..Hot wheels is more collectible, but matchbox comes out with some nice vehicles.
