I entered my discharge month/year, but still received the error. I'll have to get my DD214 and make sure I'm remembering things correctly and try again.

Worked for me. Got an error at first - I put middle initial in box. Only wants first name. Made that correction and then it went through. Already a Prime member. Verified that end date moved out a year. Great deal!!

It did not work for me. Talked to rep via chat, and he applied a discount although he was unfamiliar with the promo.
