Worked for me as well. Make sure you click no if your a vet and not active duty.

Didn't work for me, but they said its a known issues. go through chat support and they will send it to the next tier to get it fixed for you.

Yes however it is more limited than standard prime ie not allowed a household member to share benefits with.

I also received an error in the cart. Added the full amount and says an issue. Its not an issue with eligibility though because I tried maiden name and it gave different error. So I think its broke.
