    Have been contemplating getting the harbor freight $164.99 airless sprayer, but this seems like a great deal. Anyone with experience with this machine? What's a comparable Graco model?

    I might pick this up. I bought the one with the paint canister attached to the gun and it's awful for ceilings. This is the kind you want.

    How did you keep the paint in the attached reservoir painting upside down.? I can understand why you would say it's awful for such a project. Its like a whoopi cushion at a knife fight

    You just have to keep it really full. If it gets about 1/3 empty it starts sucking air. I eventually started spraying from an angle on a ladder. It doesn't look bad after a second coat.

    How does this compare to the Graco Magnum X5? This one looks to be more powerful motor wise but less PSI at the nozzle?
