I find it's also buggy too if you're trying to use Amazon music. I say Alexa play, "xyz song" and it'll say okay and then just sit there. I have to say play Pandora and then it'll play the song I asked from my music library.
It's a bit annoying. And really annoying if you don't know how to fix it.
