Was waiting for the sale to go live. Great price, with the screen's 250 nits, and no USB-C power supply being the only downside. Build quality is nice. I think the shell is plastic, but it feels solid. No flex if picked up one-handed. I do not care about tablet mode.

Seems to be a nice CPU.

The free 4- year warranty with Costco, though, is the real savings.

Is there a reason this is not getting a lot of attention? Looks like a really good deal...

I'm setting mine up now to compare to my $750 13.9' Flex Pro/Yoga 920 from a few weeks ago. They are both very nice. I have never owned a Lenovo before October.

This model is loaded for common usage. Heavy gaming it isn't, but I have little experience with the MX230.

This would satisfy almost any professional need outside of video editing. Fantastic for students and general use.

I say again - 4 year warranty for FREE.

For me this ticked every box except for the ability to charge via USB-C which is a deal breaker. I imagine others prefer a 4k resolution monitor with a 2-in-1 equipped this well whereas for me personally I prefer a 1080p for better battery life and the difference between 1080p & 4k on a 15" is negligible to my eyes. The battery life is more noticeable. Too bad about that USB-C port not being fully functional though.

The 4 year warranty is only with the Costco Citi Visa card right?

They look pretty comparable to me. Obviously the larger one has a faster processor and they have slightly different batteries but I think deal wise they are both good, especially when purchased from Costco with the Costco Visa as others have mentioned.

I would say it comes down to preference of a larger screen size or more portability.

An Ok deal. If you can wait until Thanksgiving or cyber Monday sure we can see better deals. Also the build quality is not that geat on Lenovo Flex models.
