Ordered two Stormtrooper sweaters. One for me and one for the wife. They arrived in separate orders that looked like they'd been shoved in a bag at one of the local stores here in Texas. One of them was the wrong size. Contacted customer service via chat on their site. The rep ordered a replacement and shipped it out for two day delivery and sent a label for me to return the other one. Pretty good customer service. It'll be great customer service if they send the right size this time.
