Bidets are amazing. I'm going to need one with heated seats though. That is a huge difference maker for me.

I have a BB-600(or whatever model), bought it in June 2016, my family loved it. A while ago the water flow started to weaken, exactly 3 years! I thought it would be the pump or something was not functioning well, then I dissembled it but could't find any pump. I guess it should be the inlet value controls the pressure, if I could get proper parts then I should be able to fix it.

But it might not worth to fix it, so I choose to stay away from this brand, otherwise I would get another one.

I also have the BB-600 and have not had any issues with it. I have two Bio Bidets and love them. I wouldnt hesitate to buy this brand again. Did you try to get it fixed under warranty? Even if you are a little beyond it I still would have contacted them. I found their customer service to be awesome when I had some questions.

I think you can also use a gift card without a membership.

We've got one of these with the side panel. That heated seat is way more beneficial than I thought it would be in the winter. No more stirring down on an icy seat.

And you can adjust literally every single thing. Water temp, water pressure, water angle, duration of water spray, etc etc. Our use of TP is down by 300% or more. And our bums are the cleanest in town. It's so surprising that these aren't more popular in the U.S. - a good bidet is a great household upgrade. Quality of life upgrade.

Think of it this way, if some mud splats on your driveway, are you going to spray it off with water? Or are you going to try and 'wipe' it up with paper towels? Whomever cleans it up by spraying water will be done, with a squeaky clean driveway, and on to bigger and better things. While the paper towel people will be stuck using more and more paper and will never get it fully cleaned off.

I'd be wary of Bio Bidet. I bought a Slim Two under two years ago and, while I like the washing, the slow-closing function of the lid busted after less than a year.

"Excuses are like assholes, everyone has one and it stinks" is my boss' favorite line.

I can now proudly tell him my asshole does not stink!

Thanks for your comment! Our products are designed to have a lifespan of up to 8 years, which may vary from household to household. In addition to the adjustable bidet controls and temperature settings, the USPA 6800 U also features user presets and a night light. Each model offers different spray styles and pressure settings.
Our Bio Bidet BB-600 seat warmer stopped working after 2 years. At 2.5 years the spray nozzle stopped working. 2 faults in 1 unit much sooner than 8 years.

I hope so. I never had a bidet, but I always wanted one. I'm the guy who wastes tons of tp and wet wipes just to try and get that clean feeling. I'm getting my master bath remodeled and waiting for him to be done. I got me a new toto drake toilet and this bidet in a box ready to be installed as soon as he is finished tiling my floor! He just installed my gfci outlet today for my bidet!
