I have one above the bed as a sort of 'panic button'. Hit it and it turns the TV and every light on in the house (and the sprinkler system outside), except the bedroom. Should I ever have to use it, the confusion might be enough time for me to quickly defend myself.

Totally an edge scenario, but I'm an HA whore...

Those ratings are for all Smartthings products, as they are all grouped together in reviews. All gens, all versions, hubs, switches, camera's, etc.

In my experience - they either never sync and I have to send them back. Or they sync and work forever. Maybe poor QC.

It shows 9.99 if you go to Used and New section and add it from there to cart.

So I can set this up to run routines with just a push button? So $10 just so I don't have to talk out loud to Alexa to run it. Hmm

Picked me up 4 of these. Thinking about corresponding with the Smart outlet that will control my outdoor Christmas lights

Yes, it can. To can assign different functions/tasks based on a single press, double press, and long-press. You can even have each of the three types of presses trigger multiple devices.
