If you aren't sure it's probably plenty for your purposes. If you wanted marginally better performance in some games you would look for cl14 memory and the first number would be 14 and the rest lower.

For gaming most games would only see a 1-3% boost in FPS but cl14 is considerably more expensive.

For example.

For Ryzen 3000 series, 3600MHz - 3900MHz seems to be a better sweet spot, perhaps even at the expense of raw RAM timings. There's a good Gamer Nexus video that dives into this. I'm looking for something in that range...

im still waiting for the 32gb trident z neo samsung b die kit to go down under $250. even then it's ridiculous spending that much when these other kits are like $150.

I have a b die 3200 kit that I want to juts ell (unopened) because it ahs a timing of 15 and it takes more tweaking on odd number ones.

How much of a difference does that really make on a Ryzen 3000?

I have a 3700x and my current ram is 3200. Wondering if it's even worth for me to upgrade

If your current RAM is working I wouldn't mess with it if I were you. I would expect the difference to be somewhere between zero and nearly zero.

uh, I bought this because I needed memory last week at $130 on newegg. fyi. This doesn't seem like a good price.

That being said, runs well. I do have it running 3200 with my ryzen 3600 atm.

Edit: no, never mind, I bought the non-royal version, which has the exact same latency and timing. Soooo...You are paying for the "royal" look, apparently?
