It looks like this was an offer Dell made about a week ago.. so, if you were looking for the Master 3 and missed out on the Dell deal, it's back
Dell has Logitech MX Master 3 Wireless Mouse for $99.98 with a $40 Dell PROMO eGift Card* to be emailed within 20 days.
*Dell PROMO eGift card is good for 90days from receipt.
*edit - earliest delivery dates are showing up as Dec 5th for me.. :/

If you want a better sensor, gaming mice are the way to go, but for your productivity workhorse, MX Master 3 seems to be top of the heap.
I prefer the MX Anywhere 2S over my MX Master 2 most of the time, but the laptop mouse is kept in the bag, so I don't forget it, and I sorta like the heft of the MX Master.
