Mine died 1 year and a couple of days so they offered me 25% of a regularly priced watch the replace it. I said hell no, if you can't give me more than a year that I had it I am never buying another one of your watches again. I bought a Special Edition around when it came out so it was almost full price at the time. I liked at lot of the features and lived with the fact it was not a fully functional smartwatch but had all I needed. I highly recommend trying something like the Samsung Galaxy Active. Those should be on sale this Thanksgiving. I love the Active 2 that I test drive but it's much more pricy than this deal but the Active 1 should be close to this price in sale. BTW Costco with have the Active 2 on sale on the 22nd which is where I'll pick up mine ($219 with extra charger).

BTW my watch failed the way that is very common for the Versa from what I'm reading. It apparently dies at a full charge, just shuts off. You can try getting it up again on the charger but it may or may not shut down again. In my case it would not turn on again which apparently can only be replaced not fixed.

That's a very efficient timer to set right after warranty expiration.

bought my wife a Versa last Christmas, today she tells me it's basically shot and won't keep a charge. Not sure if I want to buy another one again or just find something else.
Try an Amazfit it holds a charge for 30 days!!

Thoroughly done with Fitbit. Bought three different Fitbits this year for the family. All three failed. And their customer service is terrible!
Their customer service has never let me down. They even completely replaced my charge 2 after the warranty ended.

Ok, I am with you on the devices failing but their CS is some of the best around.
Yes, CS of Fitbit is great. Personally I always stick to charge line of bands and very happy.

I always had sync issues with their watches. The Bluetooth inside failed over time

Bad idea to jump on a fitbit. My charge 2 cracked in a year and my charge 3 cracked in about 3 months. I contacted fitbit about my charge 3 and they blamed me and told me I could buy a new one. The app has issues for example if you change time zones it doesn't always update so you have to do some stuff to get it to work. The charge doesn't last as long as they claim.

Question:

It seems to me different smartwatch brands support different music streaming platforms (sometimes even different models in the same brand - e.g. Versa vs Ionic - support different platforms). Eventually I'll go to Spotify, but currently I'm on AmazonMusic. Does this Fitbit support both? Do any smartwatches?

Also... I use the Google Voice Android app to make/receive calls. Can I use the watch to make/receive calls?
