I would highly recommend staying far away from this brand. We purchased a Jetson hoverboard from Target last year and within a month of light use, one of the wheels was completely seized up. Tried contacting customer service with no response, filed a warranty request with no response, and ended up taking it back to Target for a return. The target employee said they had completely sold out of all hoverboards at that time, but had a constant stream of Jetson boards coming back as returns. They also reported hearing the same story about no response from customer service. Board looked very promising when we bought it, but turned out to be a complete dud.
