Also tested over LTE (Rural)
Straight - No VPN 50-60Mbps
Windscribe VPN 40-50Mbps
KeepSolid 20-30Mbps
I can also highly recommend WindScribe for international use, worked great all across Europe and even China including Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing,
My Lifetime Pro WindScribe account is a $49 lifetime, unlimited devices account purchased through StackSocial in 2016.

FYI, KeepSolid logs usage data such as which devices are connecting to the service, and how much data is being used

I've been using them for about two years and it has been pretty reliable. I paid about 40 for 3 years.
I recently also signed up for nordvpn and I've been disappointed, many times I'm connected but no internet...
The only problem with Unlimited is that it's tied to 5 devices at a time (varies depending on subscription?) And you can remove and add but only once per week

Waiting for a VPN deal with no logs provider like AirVPN or AzireVPN. Keep Solid might be good if you are only looking for a VPN you just use at a coffee shop or similar other public VPN area.

Unlike TorGuard VPN, which is designed as a VPN for BitTorrent and P2P services, VPN Unlimited allows file sharing on only five servers (in California, France, Luxembourg, Ontario, and Romania).
i'm guessing this shouldn't be my VPN if I want to torrent?

I got it for abut this price a couple years ago. Customer service was reasonably prompt when I wanted to use openvpn export files, and service has been OK (I'm willing to blame my wifi for most disconnections). I have DSL, so I can't comment on speed.
