If you have any spare RAM and hdd then you can give it a try. But very entry level decent specs other than the screen resolution.

processor is about the same as a 3rd gen i5 and the video is only slightly better than intel hd620

In my opinion 4gb ram is barely enough for Windows itself. Seems like even basic web browsing would be a challenge without constant swapping to disk (which wears out the SSD drive much faster than otherwise)...

First of all, you did not actually share the link showing the performance comparison and instead just shared the name of a Website. The reason may be it does not exists wha you're claiming or I would say bluffing. In fact, the Whiskey lake Core i3 like i3-8130U performs better than 7th genration U series Core i7 processors like i7-7500U. Anyway, below is the notebookcheck.net link for this Processor's performance compared to a huge set of different processors. Check it yourself, no need to take my word for it.
