This popular deal for the eBay exclusive Tracfone annual plan is back, now at an even lower price from the previous $49.99. It works out to $3.33/month. From my research this is an all-time low. This plan works with Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile service. If you wish to receive the plan card w/PIN separately, are not sure, and/or would like to get the Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile SIM included make sure you select the "I Am Not Sure" option.
QA Note: Verizon and "I Am Not Sure" SIM cards are currently OOS.
Keep in mind that this is an annual/yearly plan meaning you get 1200 minutes, 1200 texts and 3GB for the whole year, NOT per month. This is an excellent plan for those with light usage and/or for traveling.

BEWARE. Per Tracfone:
"Please be advised that this item is
intended for the activation of new BYOP (Bring Your Own Phone) devices
only. This is not to be used by existing branded or BYOP TracFone
devices.
We found out that you have activated the SIM card of the abovementioned
item on the account of your existing TracFone device with the phone
number that ends with xxxx. Because the SIM card was used for an
existing BYOP TracFone device, the bundled airtime plan of your AT&T
compatible SIM card remained on its reserve. "
In plain english, you can ONLY use this on a NEW line and NEW phone that's never been on TracFone.

Excellent Deal, lowest price for a year extension of service. Ordered 4 cards so far all worked flawlessly.
The 1200 minutes, text, and 3GB data are for a year, not monthly!

See what digits your sim card starts with...

It depends upon your usage. This will provide you one year of validity with total of 1200 min, 1200 text and 3gb data for whole year and not monthly basis.
If you ever exaust anything then you can top up the account for
$10 for 1gb and there are frequent coupons to get extra 500mb.
$5 for 1000 text.
$10 for 500 minutes.
You can top up as many times you want and they will be clubbed till the expiry of this plan. You can refill with validity plan again like this one and it will give you another year along with text minute etc whatever it have.
You can choose tracfone for either one of the service, verizon, tmobile or att.
If you call around 500 minutes a month and use 1gb data as well, then it's like $10+$10 via top up. So it might still be cheaper than your current cricket.
But if you use 2gb and more than 700-800 minutes a month then cricket will be cheaper.
Also, tracfone and it's sister company net10 have other monthly plans as well. $20 for unlimited call text 1gb, $25 for unlimited call text 2gb, $30 for unlimited call text 3gb. And as long as you keep on recharging every month, they'll carry forward the unused data.

What is the usual expiration date on these? That is, by what date do you have to activate it? I've currently got a TracFone good into January, bought due to the PG&E BSPS blackouts. Less than $4/month for a year of service is great. We currently have T-Mo, but they performed pathetically during the blackouts. I have a very-low-cost AT&T MVNO SIM for my phone, but my wife could use a long-term backup, as well.
This would extend the service until January 2021 if you activated today in your case.
Can I insert the "not sure" sim into "Straight Talk Prepaid Apple iPhone 5S 16GB CDMA" and have it unlocked after 12 months (i.e. when credits expire)?

You may want to ask them on eBay. Don't bother with Facebook. I asked them on FB & they didn't have a clue. I bought 2 at different times. One was lost in the mail & I got a refund.
IIRC it was a short period of something like 60 days to activate.
Also, do the I'm not sure & they will send you all 3 sims that you can keep for later down the road or sell.
Might as well buy another at this price since they stack. Choose I don't know option since it comes with separate sim kit & activation card. My 3 phones are paid up for several years now, great deal.
I activated one I got in May in late Sept., since it will add on to whatever you have now no reason to hold on to it unless it's for a gift or new line.

The new lower price will help balance out the $50 cards purchased only a few days ago which are getting delivered today.
I can verify the 'do not know' pin with sim cards is good for at least 30 days.
