Wow, the last century just called...

Don't get me wrong, I used and abused C3s quite a bit and they are still kicking as backup tools like when I need a third drill, though the earlier ones were much higher quality than the later ones.

This is only a deal if you have good uses for the 4x$25 point installments, otherwise I'd give it a quick pass because these tools aren't great quality and you'll be lucky to find any other C3 stuff in the future. Sears has moved on to their incompatible Craftsman 20v platform which is also incompatible with Lowe's Craftsman V20 platform.

Craftsman discontinued the line, you'll be lucky if they even have a replacement while under warranty. Your better off buying Ryobi where you'll have support and can keep on buying more tools to use with same battery. Not a good deal or product due to no support.

YMMV, this was basically sold out from the Blowout Sale. Not to mention it is EOL as a line.

C3 is discontinued but was my favorite line of tools. I still use them. Both C3 and Ryobi are made by the same company, ITT. Notice similar tools at HD back in the days but in the blue ryobi colors (current ryobi tools are green).

I still use the c3. Very often still actually. Would love to see a good deal on just batteries though.
