SIRIUS XM 1 year for 60 + taxes = approx $77.94 a year

I just called sirius to renew my 2 cars. I declined the first deal. I requested 6 months $50. Then they asked me if I listen to online or listen to sports. I said no to both.

Then the rep said there was a better deal that she could offer me which was 1 year for $60 + taxes = approx 77.94 a year. There is another thread here that says ALL sirius plans have free streaming.

Thanks for the good info. If you add Sirus to title it will be even more helpful.

$5/m has been the standard for a while, is this for both cars total or just 1?

Ya you just have to call to get the deal each year. Im pretty sure they know the standard 21$ a month is just too much for a lot of people who can just stream whatever from their phones.

Theyd rather keep you at 5$ a month than no subscriber at all.

Call them and they can give you the plan you want. In my case...I got this deal and have Howard, which is funny as hell.

had to stay on the line for 20 minutes and finally got supervisor, but got 6 months for $25 total, no taxes or fees. previous deal was $30 plus tax--$36 total.

I was paying $36 per 6 months including taxes and fees for the past 3 years. They added streaming to my car radio subscription at that price back in the late summer. My subscription just expired so I called and they offered me the deal in the OP. I believe it's the standard "good deal" right now.

2 cars $120 for 1 year no streaming.
On the phone for 36 minutes.
English was not the operators first language so the conversation was a bit of a struggle.
XM has a nice product but a lousy business model.

This was their Black Friday deal last year too. It is nice to only have to call once a year.
