I'm gonna look to replace an aging fridge this BF. Haven't really seen much good yet. Got my eye on the Whirlpool WRX735SDHZ. Best I've seen is $1499 at Costco. Any thoughts?

Check Lowe's and Best Buy. I've seen some great deals there this season.

I'm looking at the same one! I went to Lowes and looked at it. I want it but I read some of the negative reviews & my gut says no even though it has a 94% positive rating.I want white and it's way more everywhere.

Main negative instead was that it's loud.

True. I'm concerned about where they had to have it serviced so soon after getting it.

I'm also in the market for a black refrigerator. Have been postponing it for 2 months now hoping to find a decent deal during this time of the year.

I'm also in market for a new fridge. Based on my research, Samsung is the worst, and LG right behind it.

The less technology the better. Whirlpool seems to be the most recommended one.

This is what I've found. South Korean brands (Samsung and LG) are the worst. Whirlpool and GE do pretty well. This is all in terms of things breaking.

I mean, Samsung pouts a freaking touchscreen in some of their fridges. WHY???

We have owned a Samsung fridge for over 2 years now and can't say enough good things about it. I did not get the model with the screen but the FlexZone has been great. It is amazingly spacious and has been reliable this whole time. Family and friends love it and a friend is looking to buy a very similar model but the 2019 version.

I am just saying that research cannot tell you what is good for you. We love our Samsung.

Has anyone got this suspicious PM? I've got 2 from 2 different posters since posting in this thread.

Whirlpool discounts
Hey if you shoot me your email I can hook you up with a link to Whirlpool's friends and family discount site, inside pass.

One poster has 0 posts but a 125 rep and the other one joined this month.

The one with 125 reps would not reply back when I asked him to explain.

Not sure who you are referencing, but there is a guy on here that hooked me up with Inside Pass for Whirlpool. I wouldn't worry about it. Just another option.
